CrossFit

$135/month

 

In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” More simply, it's a fitness methodology that is fun and effective.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals.  Fair warning it's addictive.

 

CrossFit Kids / Teens

$100 to $150 per session

 

Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.

 

Personal Training

$70 to $100 per session

 

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
