Fitness For the Long Haul
At CrossFit Yarmouth, we’re not interested in beating your body into exhaustion. We’re here to help you move better, build strength that sticks, and feel confident doing things you actually care about—like going hiking, carrying heavy groceries, or showing up fully for your weekend adventures.
You’ll find a mix of strength training, cardio, and functional movement in every class—squats, deadlifts, rowing, presses, so you’ll be challenged just enough to make you feel proud when you’re done. Classes are capped for a reason: our Coaches actually coach. And they’re really good at helping you figure out what works best for your body!
