Movement and Endurance Speciality Training

4 week small group (7 athletes) seminars focusing on specific areas of fitness.

This is an opportunity to work on specific movements/goats/goals).  Focus: Skill Acquisition, Skill Volume, Skill Density.  Each month will focus on different opportunities.

  • Small group seminar with Test and Retest of specific skills
  • Hand-on on-site instruction and  feedback
  • Individualized programming/homework skills and drills
